Ashtanga yoga is a system of yoga taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. Ashtanga yoga has two practice methods, "Mysore-style" for individual instruction and "led class" for groups. The optimal way to learn this system - and the most suitable for beginners - is the traditional Mysore class. Each student practices their given sequence at their own pace with personal guidance, including hands-on adjustments, from the teacher.

Flow yoga introduces basic to intermediate yoga postures in flowing sequence. It will help to bring better awareness to your body and mind, and to learn how to control them. DVD is also available.
